The minimum wholesale order amount is 500 EUR. At the same time, we do not set a minimum quantity per item. You can order even one piece of a specific model, allowing you to build your assortment flexibly and test new products without unnecessary stock risks
Yes, for new partners the first trial order can be placed for any amount that is convenient for you
Orders for items available in our European warehouse are processed and prepared for shipment within 7–10 days.
If the order includes items that require production, the production timeline is agreed individually depending on the volume and complexity of the order
After logging into your account, you see real-time stock availability. During periods of high demand, items with low stock may sell out during order processing. If this happens, your manager will inform you promptly and suggest an alternative if possible
Yes, you can request changes to your order before the invoice is issued. Please contact your manager to proceed
Payment is made after your order has been fully prepared. Once the order is completed, you will receive an invoice. Shipment will be made after payment is received in the Gaura Pearls account.
