A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond, created in a laboratory rather than mined from the earth. In chemical composition, hardness and brilliance it is completely identical to a natural one: the same carbon crystal lattice, the top hardness of 10 on the Mohs scale and the characteristic diamond play of light, bright flashes of fire with every movement. The only thing that sets it apart is its origin and, as a result, a more accessible price.
For every stone, our specification lists its cut, carat, colour and clarity — the same four criteria (the 4Cs) by which any diamond is graded worldwide. So you know exactly what you are buying.
Clarity shows how free a stone is from inclusions: the scale runs from Flawless (no inclusions) to I3. The exact clarity of each stone is stated in the specification.

Colour is graded on a scale from D to Z: the closer to D, the whiter and purer the stone, while toward Z a faint warm tint appears.

For stones of such a small carat weight, a separate certificate is usually not issued in international jewellery practice — this applies to natural diamonds too, not only lab-grown ones. So by default we do not include one, and we state all the stone's characteristics in the specification. If desired, a certificate can be ordered separately at the buyer's expense — but its cost usually exceeds the price of the item itself, so for stones of this size it rarely makes sense.
